Sir Thomas More is caught between religious faith and the raw political power of King Henry VIII in 16th century England.  As the young King splits England from the Catholic Church and its alliance with Rome over the practical matter of producing an heir to the throne, Chancellor More is torn between allegiance to King and Country and his faith in God.  One by one, other leaders fall in line with the young King.

How do you reconcile moral conscience and pragmatic politics?

Is More on a path of redemption  …  or personal and family ruin?

For More and his family, faith is a matter of life and death.
